NISO Custom Lapel Pins
This requirement for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) for the provision Canada Remembers lapel pin and cards and option to request custom pins and zipper pulls. (Estimated usage is 300,000 pins and 50,000 zipper pulls).
Period of Standing Offer: The standing offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer to March 31, 2024 with the possibility to extend for an additional three, one year periods.
Delivery to Veterans Affair Canada - Charlottetown, PEI.
1. Orders of over 100,001 units must be delivered within 10 weeks of receipt of a call-up order from VAC, as agreed by supplier and Project Authority. 2. Orders over 10,001 units up to 100,000 units must be delivered within 7 weeks of receipt of call up order from VAC, as agreed by supplier and Project Authority. 3. Orders of 10,000 units or less, expedited delivery of products specified in the call up order from VAC must be delivered within 15 working days.
A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guaranteee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.
All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Sonia Stockman, telephone - (506) 961-7412, email - sonia.stockman@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
