The NMT-X proposal included a bid parameter for a SATSIM located in Largo to support production testing. However, these SATSIMs are now End-of-Life (EOL) and are in high demand by various development programs. To address this issue, the Navy seeks to identify an alternative solution for production XDR testing. This alternative should not be required to test all NMT requirements, such as First Article Inspection/Testing (FAI/T), but should be capable of supporting Quality Conformance Inspection - A (QCI-A) on every deliverable.
