The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – Richard Wolf Laparoscopic Equipment and Supplies


The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with, Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corp (UEI: KUKLTFCGALW1). Richard Wolf Medical Instrument Corp is the only vendor capable of providing Richard Wolf Laparoscopic equipment and supplies compatible with the Richard Wolf Medical equipment currently installed at the facility. The NAICS code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees.


The Period of Performance will be for a base plus (4) option periods with a 12-month period from the date of award.
