Notice is hereby given by the University of Victoria of its intent to direct award a contract to Edinburgh Designs to provide the required Design, Fabrication, Delivery, and Commissioning of a custom hydrodynamic wave tank with multi-paddle programmable wave-making system. In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements outlined in this NOI before the Closing Date/Time, the contract may be direct awarded to the pre-selected supplier.
