Solicitation R3-05-08-020 Noon Creek Barn Construction will not be issued for competition as a small business set-aside, nor will it be issued as unrestricted. The Small Business Administrative has ruled, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act of 1988 and as described in FAR Subpart 19.10, wherein the Department of Agriculture is a listed participant in that demonstration program, and wherein the applicable NAICS code 238110 is a targeted industry category, this procurement is not eligible for competetion except as a complete Hub Zone or Disabled Veteran set aside or, alternatively, negotiated as a sole source 8(a) procurement. Accordingly, the Coronado National Forest has elected to negotiate a sole source contract with a local 8(a) firm for the services synopsized herein. Notice of Award will be duly posted on this website subsequent to completion of negotiations and award.
