Clark Builders is seeking qualified mechanical subcontractors to provide comprehensive mechanical construction management services for the NorQuest College Career Skills Centre project. The scope encompasses both preconstruction and construction services for a new facility designed to accommodate approximately 3,500-4,000 additional full load equivalents. The mechanical work includes all plumbing, heating and cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, fire protection, building management systems, and mechanical thermal insulation for diverse facility requirements including lecture theatres (ranging from 50 to 200 seats), digital and science labs, Indigenous House of Learning space, competition gymnasium, food service areas, and office spaces. The selected subcontractor will provide preconstruction services including estimating (Class C, B, and A budgets), constructability reviews, scheduling integration, and value engineering.
