The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires construction services for an approximately 572 m² forensic identification office and laboratory in Port Moody, BC.The contract period will be for six months from the date of contract. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.Security Requirements:The Contractor’s personnel, specifically the architects, Design Leads, Project Managers, are required to be security cleared at the level of Enhanced Reliability Status (ERS) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).Optional site visit information:There will not be a site visit for the Phase One solicitation process. There will be an optional Phase Two site visit. The date, time and location will be identified during Phase Two.Basis of selection:This is a two phase selection process. Qualified bidders will be invited to phase two.
