North Platte River: The Redds Spawning Enhancement Engineering Services - Wyoming Game & Fish Department

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on September 23, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for professional engineer services in support of the North Platte River: The Redds Spawning Enhancement project, located at 27 miles southwest of Casper, WY. Project Description: This project will consist of providing a kickoff meeting reviewing side channel trout spawning enhancement alternatives, a 10% conceptual design allowing for negotiations on project direction, 60% permitting ready design plans, and 100% construction ready design plans. The proposed enhancement will provide ample side channel spawning flow at 500-cfs, buffer dynamic spring flows using the northern channel as “relief”, and maintain main channel boat passage. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on September 16, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026, will not be addressed.
