Bids will be received at the Superintendent's Office, 20821 MS-15, Falkner, MS 38629  no later than June 26, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Specifications are on file in the office of the Superintendent at 20821 MS-15, Falkner, MS 38629. All bid information may be obtained via the following web address: www.northtippah.org. Purpose North Tippah School District is seeking written and/or electronic bids on the sale of used MacBook Airs, iPads, and cases Background The District is offering for sale a total of 1,026 Apple iPads and 38 Apple MacBooks. The 38 MacBooks have been utilized by instructional staff over the course of the past four (4) school years and have been maintained with protective cases throughout their period of use. Of the 1,026 iPads available for sale, 906 units are accompanied by protective cases and have been utilized by both teachers and students over the past three (3) school years. The remaining 120 iPads are not accompanied by cases; however, they are unused since receiving as an AppleCare replacement. Bid Form Written Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope via mail, express, or hand delivered to the following address: North Tippah School District  ATTN: Corey Bennett 20821 MS-15, Falkner, MS    38629 Electronic bids should be submitted through the web at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids are not required by the North Tippah School District but offered as another means to submit a bid. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled with "BID — Sale of Surplus Computer Equipment" Do Not Fax or Email Proposals Bids will be received by the North Tippah School District at the Office of the Superintendent, 20821 MS-15, Falkner MS, 38629 until 1:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026. Bids must either be hand delivered or mailed to the above address prior to the scheduled proposal deadline and/or electronic bid submitted through the web at www.centralbidding.com. Bids received after the stated deadline will be deemed invalid and will not be considered. General Conditions The following are General Conditions for the equipment to be sold as outlined in the Technical Specifications. Scope of Work 1. Sale of approximately 906  iPad – A2602– 9th Generation (good, used condition) 2. Sale of approximately 906 Rugged Combo 3 Touch Cases (fair, used condition, some have stickers or writing) 3. Sale of approximately 120 iPad - A2602 – 9th Generation (like new in warranty replacement box) 4. Sale of approximately 36 – Macbook Air- A2337- (M1, 13 Inch, 2020) 5. Sale of approximately 2 – Macbook Air – A2179 – (13 inch, 2020)
Terms of Sale • Most equipment being offered for sale is used equipment, and as such will have wear and defects. Every effort has been taken to maintain these devices in a fully functional condition. The majority of the devices have had a case on them during use. The equipment is available for onsite inspection by appointment only. Email Corey Bennett at corey.bennett@ntippah.ms to schedule an onsite visit. Corey Bennett can provide you with the most specific information about the equipment. All equipment is sold "As Is Where Is" and all sales are final. In the case of a discrepancy in the computed bid pricing, the unit price shall govern and the total price shall be revised accordingly. Bid prices shall remain valid for 60 days after the scheduled opening date. Security to Perform All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as security to ensure performance in the event such bid is accepted as the highest or best bid. In the event that such bid is not selected as the highest or best bid, the district shall return such security to the Bidder. If a bid is selected as the highest or best bid and the Bidder fails to perform, such security shall be retained as liquidated damages. Availability of Equipment The MacBook Airs and iPads being sold will be available for the winning bidder for packing and shipping on or after July 6th, 2026

Shipping Requirements The winning bidder will be required to provide all labor, packaging, and shipping materials, make all shipping arrangements, and pay all shipping costs. All equipment must be removed from North Tippah School District property within 30 days of the equipment available date North Tippah School District can accommodate up to full size semi-truck and trailer, but there is no loading dock or forklift available. The winning bidder is responsible for the coordination of all arrangements needed to provide for an efficient pickup and loading of the computer equipment. Withdrawal of Proposal Requests to withdraw a bid after it has been submitted must be made in writing and received by North Tippah School District prior to scheduled proposal opening time. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time. Alterations to RFP Specifications and Requirements No changes or alterations of any kind to the RFP specifications are permitted without prior written approval from North Tippah School District  II.
