The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes rehabilitation of the 7.5-million-gallon standpipe water storage facility including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be repainted. Also included is site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. Demolition of the existing: 24-inch water service piping from the tank base to the connection at the fence line and 36-inch water transmission from the valve vault to the fence line, 18-inch overflow piping as shown on Contract Drawings, the altitude control valve vault and associated piping, valves, and structure.
