NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is implementing a cost-effective end-to-end support strategy for sole-source supplies and services provided by Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. This effort focuses on the procurement of repair coverage and spare parts for 782 individual avionic and maritime stocked items. The support extends to a wide array of critical programs, including the F-5, V-22, UAS, E-2/C-2, C-130, F-18, H-1, H-53, H-60, and P3-P8, as well as associated engines and support equipment. The strategy serves both the Navy and a extensive list of Foreign Military Sales customers across the globe. To execute this plan, the government intends to award multiple sole-source Basic Ordering Agreements and Long Term Contracts, which will be negotiated on an individual program basis. The government maintains the flexibility to adjust the allocation of items within each contract vehicle and may establish an ordering period of up to 10 years, split between base and option periods.
