34300023P0022 NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Qualtrics LLC NAICS Code 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Qualtrics LLC, 333 River Park DR, Provo, Utah 84604-5787, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This purpose of this requirement is obtaining a FedRamp Certified web-based survey platform, via software as a service, to conduct the required data collection functions of the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or - Commission).[BD1] The scope of this contract includes acquiring software as a service to securely develop and deploy web-based surveys and collect sensitive primary data from firms. The Contractor may also be tasked to provide technical expertise, advice, guidance, and support services, as requested, which meet the objectives identified above. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
