Notice Inviting Applications From Consultants for Calendar Year 2026 - List of Qualified Consultants for Informal Projects

The City of Tustin Public Works Department is seeking applications from qualified consultants in the State of California to be included on a notification list for informal projects during the 2026 calendar year. This pre-qualification process is designed to identify consultants with specialized knowledge and skills across various disciplines, including civil, electrical, environmental, geotechnical, hydrological, mechanical, seismic, structural, traffic, and water systems engineering, as well as construction management, inspection, landscape architecture, land surveying, sustainability, transportation planning, and storm water services. Interested parties must submit their applications by December 31, 2026, to be eligible for future notices inviting informal bids. To be included on the qualified list, consultants must certify that they are properly licensed, skilled, and able to secure the necessary bonds and insurance while complying with all city, state, and federal requirements. While the application itself does not constitute a contract, any consultant subsequently awarded an informal project must provide proof of insurance and required insurer endorsements within ten working days of the award notice. These insurance requirements are non-negotiable, and failure to comply will result in the annulment of the award.
