The County of Hawaii is posting a Notice of and Request for amendment to the Exemption for the Hawaii Police Department to use Kona Community Hospital Mogue and equipement for the performance of non-hospital patient forensic autopsies and pathology. Additional information is contained in the attached request and related documents. Vendors who object to the Notice of and Request for Exemption shall respond to this notice by uploading their written objections through Public Purchase prior to the request’s end date and shall be addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Vendors who object must provide sufficient bases to support its written objection. Any written objections received as a result of this Notice of and Request for Exemption will place the request on hold, and the procurement officer will review the objection and provide a written determination to the person submitting the objection. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes. Any inquiries shall be emailed to contact@example.gov. Do not email your written objections to the Purchasing Division. All written objections shall be timely uploaded to Public Purchase in order to be considered.
