The County of Hawaii, through its Mass Transit Agency, has issued a solicitation titled "NOTICE OF AND REQUEST FOR SOLE SOURCE - SPARE LABS" with the reference number SS 26-0262. The notice, posted on May 16, 2026, invites vendors to submit any objections regarding the sole source procurement request for goods or services from Spare Labs. Objections must be submitted in writing via the OpenGov platform by the deadline of May 23, 2026, and addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. This procurement involves a sole source request under Hawaii's governmental framework and is managed out of Hilo, Hawaii.
