A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award in support of the 36th Maintenance Squardron, Anderson Air Force Base, Guam was awarded to KwikSpace Guam Inc. N4019220P7000/ Solicitation no. N4019220Q7087. The award was made on 28 September 2020 in support of the lease and maintenance of a mobilized Temporary Corrosion Control Structure (TCCS) owned by the awarded contractor which was satisfied in contract award N4019215P7030 (FY15). This contract action was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(3) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). KwikSpace Guam, Inc. is the only source that source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
