NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.203(a) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This is a Notice of Intent to award a modification under FA4819-11-C-0005 for a three (3) month extension at $9,000.00 (est.). This is a firm fixed price effort. This modification will cite the authority of FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Contract FA4819-11-C-0005 was awarded on 1 Oct 2010 with a base period of performance of 1-Oct-2010 - 30 Nov 2011 with four option periods with performance through 30 Sept 2015. 325 CONS, Building 647, Stop 28, 501 Airey Avenue, Suite 5, Tyndall AFB, FL 32493-5526 intends to award a firm-fixed priced, sole source modification to Mediacom Southwest LLC, 1613 Nantahala Beach Rd, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563-8944, for Cable Television Services at Tyndall AFB for an extended 3 month period of performance.
