The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton, California, plans to issue a bilateral modification to the existing Physical Security Management Support contract with Homeland Security Solutions Inc. This modification will add a new Alarm Monitor position responsible for enhancing visitor control, conducting vetting through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and managing the issuance of Command access badges. This action is intended to be cost-effective and administratively efficient by avoiding duplication of expenses that could arise from initiating a new contract award. The modification will be firm-fixed-price and is authorized under FAR 52.212-4(c), which allows changes to contract terms only by written agreement. The decision to forego a competitive process for this requirement is at the sole discretion of the Government and is based on extensive market research. This notice serves solely to inform of the government's intent and is not a solicitation or request for quotations. For additional information, points of contact include Contract Specialist Mark Moniz and Contract Officer Dwon Parker, with the contract performance and administration centered at Camp Pendleton, CA.
