THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO TECOLOTE RESEARCH, INC FOR CADE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES


The United States Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of War Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE)
intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Tecolote Research, Inc., 420 South Fairview Ave, Suite 201, Goleta, CA 93117-3654, for CADE Technical Support Services with a one month base period, a one month 52.217-9 option period, and  a 52.217-8, Option to extend Services. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Other  Computer Selated Services. Small business size standard $34 million.   


The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 as implemented Revolutionary  Federal Acquisition Regulation  Overall (RFO) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is intended to continue the requirement for CADE Technical Support Services while a new competitively awarded contract is being procured.


This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
