NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION This notice is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 5.101. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract using FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to issue a modification on a sole source basis to exercise 52.217-8 for purchase order 15M10322PA4700059 to Watch Systems, LLC. 52.217-8 was included in the original award however the award was not priced. The total estimated value of this modification is estimated to be $55,000. The estimated award date is September 14 1, 2023. The period of performance covered by this modification is September 30, 2023 - March 29, 2024 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 (2017).
