Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installation, Logistics and Environment, and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition-sole source basis to Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC. The Government intends to purchase electronic subscription services to Greenwire, Land Letter, and E&E Daily. The proposed period of performance is from 1 March 2009-28 February 2010. This notice is valid until Tuesday, 23 December 2008, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for, any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotes. Interested firms may send a capabilities statement via email to the Contracting Center of Excellence, ATTN: Mrs. Debra Parker, at contact@example.gov.
