Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Command (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Exactech, Inc in the estimated amount of $60,000.00 to purchase various fresh bone and tissue allograft products that will be used in patient specific surgeries located in the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Service at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. Prior to the surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA approved. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
