Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Hill-Rom, Inc in the estimated amount of $149,361.46 to purchase two hundred twenty seven Art of Care Over Bed Tables which must be compatible the Government Owned Interconnectivity Progressa Bed currently located in the Department of Nursing at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
