The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Materiel Management Department, Contracting Division on behalf of Navy Medicine East, Health Facilities Planning and Project Officer - Pensacola (HFPPO-P) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The HFPPO-P has a requirement for Medical Equipment Relocation and Installation Services.
