The government plans to award a sole source contract to Johnson Controls for N2 Controller Upgrade. 100% of Whiteman Air Force Base's current controls network is comprised of Johnson Controls hardware and software; intermingling of other brand's within the current operating system is not feasible. Additionally, based on prior contracts regarding Johnson Controls hardware, they are the only authorized installer of their products. Hence, this will be a sole source purchase order with incidental services for installation.
