The anticipated award date is on or before August 17, 2026, under NAICS code 333618. While this is a notice of intent for a sole source award rather than a competitive solicitation, interested parties may submit a capability statement including technical and cost data to demonstrate their ability to provide the product. A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i); Only One Source Responsibly Available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to: NADA SCIENTIFIC LIMITED, 39 BUTTERNUT ST, CHAMPLAIN, NY 12919-5123, for six (6) Automotive Air Conditioning System Trainers, Model N98-ND9130, manufactured by NADA Scientific, to support training operations within the Construction Mechanic (CM) "C" School Automotive Air Conditioning course (CIN A-610-0052) at Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), Port Hueneme, California. The items are listed in the Resource Requirement List (RRL) and no other vendor can supply the NADA Scientific Automotive Air Conditioning System Trainer for CM "C" School for Automotive Air Conditioning. The anticipated award date of this action is on or before 17 August 2026. The applicable NAICS code is 333618.
