Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, REGIONAL HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE - PACIFICJOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD HEALTH CONTRACTING (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Cochlear Americas Corporation in the amount of $51,000.00 to purchase the products to be used at Madigan Army Medical, Tacoma, WA. The Surgeon has determined that this product will best meet the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeon's and the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
