Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, REGIONAL HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE - PACIFICJOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD HEALTH CONTRACTING (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Medaphor North America Inc in the estimated amount of $56,246.00 for the Software upgrade for the existing Transvaginal Simulator equipment the Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. Medaphor North America Inc has sole proprietary rights for all software upgrade of the Government-Owned existing equipment currently located at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, and Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR13.106-1(b) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for quote and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
