This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 9:00 am (ET) September 6, 2022. Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for DEA 360 Strategy program for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with WEST, A THOMSON REUTERS BUSINESS 610 OPPERMAN DR EAGAN, MN 55123-1340. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
