The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dataminr, Inc. 135 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016, for the acquisition of First Alert Licenses. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 519190 All other Information Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is January 18, 2023 @4:30pm. Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Lisa.Taylor2@dea.gov
