The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to negotiate solely with Innovative Systems, Inc., for I/Lytics PostLocate Software Licenses and Maintenance under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 (b) soliciting from a single source. Innovative Systems, Inc., is the only responsible provider to provide the support and maintenance to previous purchases of I/Lytics PostLocate Software Licenses under a firm fixed price purchase order with a one year period of performance: 04/1/17-03/31/18. Therefore Innovative Systems, Inc., is the only responsible source to provide the requested support and maintenance. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested sources, who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement no later than March 16, 2017 to the point of contact for this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
