It is the intent of Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, to issue an order on a non-competitive basis to Hitachi Power Systems America of BaskingRidge, NJ. The award will be for gasket sets for Hitachi Transformers; SN 201002-2 and SN 501002-4. As the developer/manufacturer of the transformers, no other source meets the needs of Western Area Power Administration for this requirement. See attached Sole Sourse Justification for details.
