Full Description

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to Politico, LLC located at 1000 Wilson Blvd, 8th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209 to access Politco Pro online. Politico Pro is an online and mobile based new publication which includes full-stories, a calendar of policy events, and policy specific online communities. Politico Pro will serve the FCC's needs for information services by providing minute-to-minute coverage of the breaking news in technology regulatory policy, along with access to customized search capabilities to ensure that each FCC professional receives the news that matters most to them individually. The Contracting Officer has determined that Politico, LLC is the only resonable source that meet the FCC's requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - Special Documentation Requirements. Politico Pro subscription contains briefings, an newletters as required by the FCC that are not available from any other source. The period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) twelve month base period with three (3) twelve month option periods. The FCC intends to award a purchase order to Politico, LLC on or about August 1, 2022. this notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
