NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Institute of Physics (IOP) Publishing. The incumbent contractor shall provide subscription renewal services to the DOE?s Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI). DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to the IOP. IOP is the sole publisher for the journals that are required by OSTI.
