General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Greater Southwest Region intends to negotiate with Reed Construction Data, Inc./RS Means for a one (1) day training / webinar to provide Regional Project Managers with instruction on RS Means and estimating for approximately 60 regional project managers. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All written responses must include a written narrative of capability, including technical information demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. The responses must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona-fide capability to meet the requirement. Failure to submit such documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. All information in responses to this notification must be submitted in writing to leroy.rushing@gsa.gov. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes.
