Notice of Intent - Time and Cost Extension for Agricultural Support to Azerbaijan Project (ASAP)

The United States Government, through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Azerbaijan, plans to increase the funding ceiling of the Agricultural Support to Azerbaijan Project (ASAP) contract managed by CNFA. This contract is designed to deliver essential technical assistance and equipment to agribusinesses, farmers, and associations in Azerbaijan, helping to strengthen the agricultural sector. The contract modification proposes an extension of the project’s activities for an additional 15 months and includes an increase in the total estimated cost by $3,000,000, aimed at enhancing the project's reach and impact. This adjustment to the ASAP contract # AID-112-C-14-00001 follows the initial agreement and supports ongoing efforts to provide critical resources and expertise in the agriculture sector. USAID/Azerbaijan oversees this initiative, with operations based in Baku, and the modification process is managed by an Acquisition and Assistance Specialist. The extension underscores the commitment to bolstering Azerbaijan’s agribusiness capacity through sustained technical support and equipment provision.
