Full Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to issue a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) task order modification using other than full and open competition for the following: 1. acquire ten (10) additional licenses for "entellitrak" software; 2. augment population size by 60K for "eversity" software; 3. augment the pre-complaint Quality Reporting Module (QRM) capability for the "iComplaints" module by 2,000 pre-complaints; 4. augment the work by adding the 50 iComplaints licenses; 5. augment professional services, including Business Analysis, Business Configuration and Project Management; and 6. augment annual support and upgrade subscription (Operations & Maintenance) for items #1-4 identified above Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a FSS task order modification to Miropact, located at 2250 Corporate Park Drive, Ste. 400, Herndon, VA 20171. This task order modification will address the requirements of the EEO Program and Functions for DHS and all components managed by the Office of Special Counselor Office of Civil Rights and Liberties. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. However, all proposals received 10 days within date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Machelle.robinson@dhs.gov and supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements listed. The Government will notify parties of the outcome of any proposal submitted in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Contracting Officer shall award the modification to the current FSS task order to meet the government requirement for continued EEO support.
