The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order under multiple‑award BPAs for Florida Reforestation NNIS Osceola National Forest.


This is not a solicitation.  This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.


This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Florida Reforestation NNIS and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS.  The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.  Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.  Point of Contact is winston.buchanan@usda.gov.


The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment (including safety equipment), tools, transportation (including an enclosed, insulated cargo trailer), supervision, and all other resources required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications of the BPA.
