Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) to Flatwater Professional Services Company for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Programs and Project Management Division Office Furniture Requirement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial services order pursuant to the authority of FAR RFO 19.108 on a sole source basis to Flatwater Professional Services Company. This procurement is for the supply, delivery, and installation of new furniture for the Programs and Project Management Division. The vendor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations in connection with furnishing and installing office furniture and removing all packaging materials and debris resulting from the installation. FOB destination: Odell Horton Federal Building, Memphis TN, 38103.


The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Services type contract.

Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. If potential offerors choose to submit information, past performance and references regarding capability to perform these services must be provided along with the statement of capability. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. This item may be awarded without further notice.
