Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) to Flatwater Professional Services Company for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Wynne Area Office Furniture Requirement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial services order pursuant to the authority of FAR RFO 19.108 on a sole source basis to Flatwater Professional Services Company. This procurement is for the supply, delivery, and installation of new furniture for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Wynne Area Office. The vendor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations in connection with furnishing and installing office furniture and removing all packaging materials and debris resulting from the installation. FOB destination: Wynne Area Office, Wynne, AR 72396.

The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Services type contract.
