The Fort Hood Health Contracting Cell Regional Health Contracting Office, Central Army Health Contracting Activity, MEDCOM, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Datex-Ohmeda, Inc., a large business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) -- For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for Aestiva machines maintenance for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), 36065 Santa Fe Ave., Fort Hood, Texas. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219"Other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance". The Small Business Size Standard is $22 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
