NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Air Armament Center Enterprise Acquisition Specialized Flight intends to issue a sole source contract for Common Launch Tubes to Systima Technologies, 1832 180th St. SE, Bothell, WA, 98012-6454. The announcement number is FA920011M0094. The task to be executed under this sole source contract is the acquisition of Common Launch Tubes (CLT's), developed under the Adaptive Carriage Environment (ACE) project, Stand Off Precision Guided Munitions (SOPGM), Joint Concept Technology Demonstration (JCTD) program. This contract will procure an initial buy of four (4) CLT's with the option of ordering ten (10) more, for a Not to Exceed total of fourteen (14) for the contract. This acquisition will support fielding activities for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Officer (PEO) Special Operations Acquisition Logistics - Fixed Wing (SOAL-FW). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332995 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
