The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price award to DataChem Laboratories, Inc. 960 West Levoy Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84123-2547. Certified by the Envi ronmental Protection Agency for perchlorate measurements and accredited by both the National Environmental Laboratory Accrediation Committee and the American Industrial Hygiene Association for environmental/occupational sample analyses. This award provides analytical services to the US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine which comprise environmental and occupational sample analyses for perchlorate, elemental carbon, and other inorganic compound measurements. This contract will be award ed with a base year and four option years. This is a sole source procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with DataChem Laboratories, Inc. under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
