The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a sole source modification to the existing contract GS-03P-05-DXC-0036 with DesignCore, Incorporated. This modification will expand the contract’s scope to include Central Billing Record (CBR) administration services for the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Public Building Service (PBS). The added responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of billing services to ensure accurate and timely invoicing across all GSA PBS Federal Buildings. This effort necessitates specific IT system access to government databases and requires personnel to possess HSPD-12 security clearances. Consequently, staffing levels under the contract will be increased to accommodate these additional requirements. The modification’s estimated value is up to $250,000, and the contract is set to expire on February 25, 2010. This action is being taken under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a sole source award, and no solicitation document is available as this is not a request for proposals. While this modification addresses a short-term requirement, GSA anticipates a future procurement opportunity that will consolidate these services with existing Lease Administration work under a new, longer-term contract. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the contracting officer, Diane Stetser, to express interest in upcoming opportunities, as GSA is developing a source list in preparation for that procurement. The modification and related administration are managed by the PBS R3 Acquisition Management Division, located in Philadelphia, PA.
