The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson ABW, Alaska intends to award a purchase order to 4Clicks-Solutions, LLC for e4Clicks Project Estimator (12 subscriptions), 2021 RSMeans Assemblies including building construction costs data (12 each), 2021 RSMeans Master Composite (12 each).
