NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:  


The 351st Special Warfare Training Squadron at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (cage code 14304, UEI LB5KVANFKPY7), 1680 University AVE Rochester, New York 14610-1839, United States. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. will be able to provide one (1) L3Harris RF-9801 Test System, one (1) L3Harris Leak Test Bench, associated toolkits, and replacement parts to support the depot-level maintenance and servicing.



This purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services IAW RFO 12.102(a) and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by RFO Part 6.103-1. The anticipated award date is 31 August 2026. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.


A determination by the government to not compete this requirement will be based on responses to this notice, and it is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.


A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW RFO 6.301 Availability of the Justification.
