Full Description

This Notice Serves as the offical notice that the Government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to: Site Management Services, Inc. 2200 Wilson blvd, Suite 102, PMB 234, Arlington, VA 22201-3324. The contract period of performance will be only for a duration of NTE 45 days. Total amount of the proposed contract award is $35,000.00. Contractor shall provide all personnel, qualified installers, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to disassemble, reconfigure, relocate and install Air Force owned, existing (not new) systems and modular furniture as specified in this statement of work. Materials Handling Equipment to include, but not limited to pallet jacks, panel carts and dollies. Contractor shall be required to provide all or some of the required services on an as-needed (on-call) basis. Government will provide the contractor at least 3 days notice of the work requirements when possible, but occasional urgent requests will require a rapid (almost immediate) response. No Solicitation will be issued. this notice is published in accordance with FAR 5.201(a) and (b)(ii). The point of contact for this action is Ms. Joyce G.
