This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source supply contract to Oehler Research, Inc. Unique Entity ID: MFELPE4AW9C5. The objective of this contract is the acquisition and shipment of the following items: 86GP Gun position instrumentation for System 86: Yagi antenna, 50 foot LMR-400 antenna coax, radio modem with power supply, PL2303 USB to RS232 serial adapter cable, and System 86 manual. 86T System 86 Target Controller with GPS16x-HVS, Yagi antenna for target, 20 foot LMR-240 antenna coax, AC power supply, DC power cord for battery operation. 8236W Acoustic target microphone.(16 ea.) and shipping. This is in support of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Posting date of this requirement is 29 June 2023. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 17 July 2023. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. This is not a Request for Quote.
