Full Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Blackboard Inc. to provide all services for the following: Provide Air University, Maxwell AFB AL with Blackboard Project Management services during upgrades to the Air University production Blackboard environment. These project management services will coordinate all internal Blackboard resources critical to the successful upgrade process including Blackboard ASP, Blackboard ICM as well as key participants from the Air University team including Blackboard System Admins, network team, academic stakeholders, and software development teams. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the requirements above, they must respond to this notice in writing before 10:00 am CDT on 2 August 2011. If no responses to this notice are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Blackboard Inc. The anticipated award date for this contract is on or before 25 September 2011.
