Perfect Point's E-Drill offers unique capabilities possessed by only one contractor, which is the sole owner of the 6 patents that allow this machine to operate. It is the first drill of its kind. Description of Solicitation Efforts: IAW FAR 5.102(a)(2), this notice will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (beta.SAM.gov) and retained in the contract file to document the rationale for a sole source award.
